Through a meticulous process where everything is done by hand, the beans are roasted to give you the best possible taste experience. Quality raw materials, proximity, and good prices for the producers are important to the coffee roaster and owner Ronny Myksvoll. The producers are small micro-producers from East Africa (Burundi, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, and Tanzania) and South America.
