Description
The restaurant has a rich history and was originally a dairy. Today, the premises are thoroughly decorated with old items and antiques from the dairy operations and private homes, with roots dating back to the mid-1800s. The cozy and intimate atmosphere creates a distinctive cultural experience, both visually and culinarily.
Here, everything from traditional farm food to exquisite banquet dishes is served, made with local ingredients from the forest, mountains, and fjord.
On the menu, you will find freshly baked pancakes, juicy Hereford beef from cattle that graze in the high mountains during the summer and in our valley in the autumn, popular meatballs, trout, sour cream porridge, and much more.
